These are some pics that I took while in Texas with my brother, his wife, her brother and his fiancee. They live in Houston, but we took the opportunity to drive out west into the Hill Country and used Fredericksburg as our launching point for a number of day trips. We probably could have fit everyone into the Honda Element, but the Mini is just too much fun to leave behind. There are some great twisty, winding roads and the scenery is just spectacular. And sometimes it's just downright quirky. I mean, honestly... who builds a replica of Stonehenge and Easter Island in their yard?? The trip back into Houston included stops in Galveston and San Antonio.
